We dispose of ALL refuse and trash produced from our activities. There may or may not be a charge associated with your service. Your Estimate and Invoice emails will clarify this for you.
Mowing and Weed Trimming Service
- We mow your lawn at the desired height.
- Trim the weeds along all trees, walkways, fences, buildings and property lines.
- Finally, we use a leaf blower to clean off any affected areas to prevent clippings getting inside your home and vehicles!
Flower/Mulch Bed Restoration
- Meticulous weeding of flower beds
- Fabric weed barrier
- Herbicides
- Fresh mulch delivered and/OR installed
You can pick any of these services individually or choose to have them all done in unison to maximize the health of your plants and encourage beauty.
Year-round Property Clean-ups
- Removal of leaves and sticks in gutters.
- Removal of leaves and sticks in front and/or back yards.
- Removal of bulk or loose trash.
- Removal of dead or unwanted plants, bushes, etc.
Bush and Hedge Pruning
- Tarps are laid out under each bush prior to cutting to keep mulch beds clean.
- Each bush is assessed for health and leaf to branch ratio. Not all bushes in the same species should be trimmed down to the same size and we're always working to keep them alive! Age of plant and prior care are considerations we calculate.
Dethatching and Aeration
- Dethatching done with 2 passes from a weighted pull behind machine.
- Manual raking of tough to get dead patches.
- Aeration done with 2 passes from a weighted pull behind machine.
Fertilization and Seeding
- Soil tests are highly recommended before choosing quantity and ingredients of fertilizer!
- Once test results determine the cause of the symptom, we will suggest a solution for fertilization.
- Seeding distributed in 2 passes going vertically and horizontally, as to make lawn growth more consistent and less patchy.
